We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend an order where products are unavailable, pricing has been listed incorrectly, delivery cannot be arranged, or the order does not meet our wholesale or supply requirements.

6. Delivery & Collection

Delivery options may vary depending on your location, order type and customer category. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by logistics, weather, processing schedules, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

For wholesale, distributor or export customers, delivery terms will be confirmed directly with Rannoch Quail. Where applicable, delivery may be made to an agreed freight forwarder, distributor or collection point.

7. Storage & Handling

Customers are responsible for storing and handling products correctly once received. Products should be stored according to the instructions provided on packaging, invoices, product specifications or supporting documentation.

Rannoch Quail is not responsible for product quality issues caused by incorrect storage, handling, transport, thawing, refreezing, preparation or use after delivery or collection has been completed.

8. Food Safety

Rannoch Quail takes food safety, quality and product integrity seriously. Customers must ensure products are handled, stored, prepared and served in accordance with relevant food safety standards and any instructions provided.

Restaurants, retailers, distributors and other commercial customers are responsible for meeting their own food safety, labelling, storage, handling and regulatory obligations.

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns cannot usually be accepted for change of mind or incorrect ordering.

10. Wholesale & Trade Customers

Wholesale and trade supply is subject to approval by Rannoch Quail. We may request business details, intended sales channels, delivery requirements and other relevant information before approving wholesale access.

Wholesale customers are responsible for ensuring Rannoch Quail products are represented accurately, stored safely and sold in a way that reflects the quality and positioning of the brand.

11. Export Customers

Export enquiries are welcomed from suitable distributors and commercial partners. Export supply may be subject to market access, documentation requirements, regulatory approvals, freight arrangements and agreed commercial terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, import requirements, customs clearance, local market compliance and onward distribution obligations are the responsibility of the importer or distributor.
